Organic Roots Olive Oil proudly ships to the contiguous Unites States. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we love you guys but can’t ship for the flat rate of $10.95 as we can to your 48 brothers and sisters. That’s not to say that we won’t ship to you, it just may cost more. Please feel free to call us at 530.438.2759 to work out the details.

Free Shipping
Yep, we said it! FREE SHIPPING! Plan on Organic Roots picking up the freight bill if you order $95 or more through our website. Darn it if the same rules above apply here too!! Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii but we will make every effort to help out. Call us!

Expedited Shipping
Need it there sooner? We get it and are happy to help. This help comes at your cost though, sorry. Please call or email to find out expedited shipping rates.

Returns/ Refunds
Organic Roots Olive Oil, under NO circumstance, can accept an open bottle for return. Once opened it is yours. We do understand though that accidents can happen via shipping. If you find that a bottle has leaked we will happily resend OR refund your purchase.

Weather
Mother Nature is as unpredictable as she is amazing. For this reason and the life of your olive oil we will not ship on Fridays June 1st through September 31st. We hope you understand. If you need your order to go out ASAP, again call us, we’re happy to help.
